An interactive workbook providing information to college athletes on alcohol and drugs, substance use problems, and education & counseling services for athletes. All use a similiar format to other workbooks in which information is provided, and interactive recovery tasks are offered to help the reader personalize the material. All workbooks provide information on the disorder reviewed such as causes, symptoms, effects, treatment, recovery strategies (managing emotions, changing thinking, etc), family issues, support systems, relapse issues and co-morbidity.
