Rethinking Drinking

This publication by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) provides information about alcohol use.  It helps the reader examine drinking patterns to determine level of risk for a drinking problem.  Included is a list of symptoms of an alcohol use disorder, and ideas on how to change drinking for the interested person.
